Our Strutta Pals Strut Their Stuff
Blog
The gang down the block at Strutta share many an interest with us at Raincity Studios - they enjoy good times, coding tough and working hard while enjoying a beverage and a laugh at the end of the day. We eagerly collaborate, share code trinkets, but (me at least) stay away from their manic Rock Band forays.
You see, the Strutta folk are hyper-competitive by nature and this desire to excel at every tasks - no matter how mundane - drives their newly launched video competition site. No doubt there are plenty of video hosting sites out there, complete with (often inane) comments and kinda community building features, but Strutta is like a specialized video contest party where all the videos feature someone intentionally showing their mad skillz - whatever that skill may be.
Developing Facebook Apps with Drupal VIDEO - Vancouver Drupalers August 2007
BlogWhat if a Drupal developer could easily develop Facebook apps the "Drupal way" without having to learn the "Facebook way"? What if Drupal site admins could easily integrate their Drupal sites into Facebook? Boris has the full scoop about Drupal commodization of Facebook apps as well as the Facebook apps with Drupal presentation at the August 2007 Vancouver League of Drupalers from our friends at Project Opus / Donat Group who are developing a cool social playlist Facebook app that will be out soon.

Drupal Conference videos online
BlogI never actually blogged much about the whole "DrupalCon 1" experience. Needless to say, it was a lot of fun, and incredibly productive. There is so much exciting going on within the Drupal community these days, it's really fun to be a part of it.
Now, however, at long last there is Audio and Video Documentation of the Drupal Conference available:
The presentations at the Drupal conference on February 26th are available now as audio and video files. The video files are encoded with the multimedia codec Ogg Theora. The files are distributed via BitTorrent. If you need more help, check the instructions on how to download and play Ogg Theora files on various operating systems.
My presentation was "Multimedia in Drupal" (torrent). Good to have some video for future reference. :)
