created on Thu, 2006-04-06 10:11 While the annual 30 Days of Sustainability event has come to a close, the practice and purpose of sustaining our communities and our lives have been inspired to thrive and continue upwards and onwards.

Over the course of the last month, there has been much activity, awareness and healthy debate generated from this successful, inspiring event. From sustainable design, to spirituality, to sustainability heros, ideas and creative contributions were flowing. Sarah Pullman played an integral role in developing and promoting the event, sparking numerous discussions in the collection of 30 Questions of Sustainability.

Getting involved with such a project was a proud moment for Raincity Studios. Not only did the studio create the platform which provided the community the outlet for discussions and a venue to announce meetings and events around the city, but this project was an opportunity for Raincity to participate in a festival on issues that are vital and intricate to improving, protecting and sustaining our environment, our community, this city and the world in which we live.

Hopefully we can all use the success of this festival as a launching pad in building a sustainable future.
