I've pitched my proposal (albeit late) to Vancouver bloggy/media conference, NorthernVoice, and while I await the jury's decision, I encourage you wisefolk (especially the techie women) to hurry up and submit a pitch to the Open Web Conference which will be held at Canada Place (AKA that long white building with the sails on top), Monday, April 14 thru Tuesday, April 15th 2008.

There is no shortage of geek-a-rific events here in Techcouver - indeed the most earnest of us could spend most every night at a spontaneous workshop, un-camp, quasi-conference, meet-up confab, or participatory happening of some kind. And that's before you consider the weekends which are booked out months before with more knowledge sharing events.
